What is coconut water
Coconut water – is the juice in a young, green coconut. It is not to be confused with coconut milk, which is made from the meat of a mature brown coconut. From its origins in more tropical climates it is now also widely known here. This fresh punch of fruit contains a variety of nutrients and can also be consumed directly from the fruit after doing sports or just in between. While in countries where coconuts origin, such as Brasil or Thailand, they are usually served with their green enveloping we provide them stripped. This means, that we removed the outer fibers so you can access the tasty contents quickly and easily.

The CooCooNooT has three eyes, these are the germination pores; one of which is very soft. You can push the straw through to open it.
The ingredients of coconut water
In comparison to the meat of a mature, brown coconut, the water contains only few calories and little fat. 100g of coconut water contain on average 17.9 kcal, 0.2g of fat, vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7 and B9.
